How do I register with Recruitmentfactory.com?

Registration to RecruitmentFactory™ is absolutely free. All that is required to register with RecruitmentFactory™ is a valid email address. Please click on the New User? Sign up link in the employer home page to enter the registration page.

Choosing a Username and password
Choose a username easy to remember. Make sure the username you have selected was not already been used by some one. When you choose a password, choose something which is easy for you to remember and difficult for others to guess. Never use your nick names, telephone or birth dates as passwords. A strong password is always a combination of letters, alpha numeric and special characters. A password should contain minimum 6 characters to be a valid password. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.

I do not live in United States of America. Can I still register with recruitmentfactory.com?
Yes! You can register with RecruitmentFactory™ even if you live in another country.

What is email verification? Why is that required?
To register with RecruitmentFactory™ all that is required is a valid email address. We will not allow more than one registrations with one email address. When you complete your registration we will send a verification email to your email address. You have to verify the email by clicking on a link provided in the email to be able to continue with using RecruitmentFactory™.


How do I access RecruitmentFactory™ if I lost my login and password?
You can retrieve your login credentials by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” in the login area. Follow the link and submit your request with your email address. We will send the login details in to your email address.

How do I edit my contact information?
To edit your contact information, please go to ‘Accounts’ tab on the top navigation and click on Account details. There is a small edit option on the right side of the page. Click on the edit link to start editing your information.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, please go to Accounts >> Change Password. To change the password, you will have to provide your old password and a new password.

What is a personal folder?
In RecruitmentFactory™, you can create you own virtual folders to keep your information sorted and stacked separately. These folders can be used to save candidate information. It is very helpful when you have to keep candidates with separate skill sets separately.


Can I register more than once with same email address?
No, You can register only once with an email. But you can create any number of user accounts under your master user account. You will have complete control over all these user accounts.

How do I know if no one is using my email address in recruitmentfactory?
To avoid this we have made email verification mandatory before activating all the accounts. If you have forgotten your password, use our retrieve password option by clicking on the ‘forgot password?’ link in the login. We will send your password to your email address, using which you can login to our system.

I have not registered with your service earlier. But it seems my username is already been used?
The only possibility is your email has been used by some one who has access to your email. Another possibility is that your email address can be a recycled email address. Use "Forgot Password?" to get your Username and Password in your email.

Is my contact information safe with RecruitmentFactory™?
We will not disclose your information to any third party. Remember, in order to post a job, you have to provide necessary information about your company.

Help On Posting Jobs

For posting job advertisements, RecruitmentFactory™ provides different plans. These plans can be of different validity period and price. To start with, you need to choose a plan that matches your requirements. All jobs posted in recruitment factory will have a minimum validity period and you can post jobs under the plan at any time till the validity expires. All jobs will be displayed for 14 days in our website and our partner websites (optional). Besides, all jobs in our system will be included in our newsletters we send to our candidates from time to time. After 14 days your job will be inactive. I have a single position. Which plan is more suitable for me?
To advertise your single position, please use our single job advertisement package. For more information on single job advertising, please visit our product page.

I have more than one position. What is the best option for me?
If you have more than one position to advertise, please use any of our featured plans. You can still purchase multiple number of single job posting. For more information on job advertisement plans, visit our product page.

What is a single job advertising plan?
A single job advertisement plan contains one job advertisement with one (1) month validity. The cost of a single job advertising plan is available in our product page. For more information on single job advertising, please visit our product page or contact our customer support.

What is a featured Job Advertising?
Featured job advertising is special job advertising packages. These job advertisement plans have a fixed number of jobs in each package. The validity of each package can be different. Featured advertisement plans will change from time to time. For latest information on available featured plans, please visit our product page.

What is Jobs Pipeline advertisement?
Unlike single job advertising, Jobs Pipeline is displayed in our website home page and other inner pages. Under jobs Pipeline, your job is sure to get more attention. It will be displayed in Jobs Pipeline listings as well as general job listings. All Jobs Pipeline jobs will be included in our Jobs Pipeline eNewsletters planned to be sent our active candidate.

What is a premium job advertisement?
A premium job advertisement is always the symbol of reputation in the employment arena. A premium job advertisement lets you stand out in the competition with your own corporate identity. When you purchase a premium job advertisement with us you get an opportunity to publish an instance of your own web page in our application. You may design your job web page and send us to host it in recruitmentfactory.com. What are campus jobs?

What is the advantage of purchasing a featured job advertising plan rather than individual single job advertising plans?
Purchasing a featured plan is always profitable if you have more than one position. Compared to a single job advertisement, a featured job plan always has a longer validity period and the unit price is less.

Do you have custom advertisement plans?
Yes, we have custom advertisement plans under our featured job advertising. Please contact our customer support for more details.

How do I purchase a job advertisement plan of my choice?
To purchase a job advertisement plan, you need to register with RecruitmentFactory™ as an employer. If you are a registered member, please login and go to the product registration page. Choose a product of your choice and click to proceed. If you are not a registered member, please register FREE with RecruitmentFactory™ as an employer.

How long it will take for my job to go live?
Your job will be live the very moment you complete the payment. But all jobs in RecruitmentFactory™ will be reviewed to make sure it complies with the terms and conditions of RecruitmentFactory™. If the job violates any of the terms and conditions, the job will be put on hold from publishing and may be re-published after the necessary changes have been made to make it compliance with the terms and conditions at sole discretion of RecruitmentFactory™. However, the expiry date of the job will not extend at any cost in such cases.

What is the information required to post a job?
To post a job, you will need necessary information such as Job title, Job Description, Responsibilities, Industry type, specialization, your office information with country and state, the desired candidate profile and the experience level etc. You can add keywords to get more impressions for your job in search results.

What is the ‘Preview Job” button on the bottom of Job posting page?
The ‘Preview Job’ will give you a preview of the job, when it is displayed in a candidate’s computer.

How many days you will display a job in your system?
All jobs are valid for 30 days fro the date of activation. After 30 days, the job will go inactive automatically. You may re-activate the job anytime, provided the job will be considered as a new job.

Can I re-activate a job after it is expired?
Yes, you can re-activate a job which is dead. Re-activating a job will be considered as a fresh job.

What is ‘Manage Jobs’?
‘Manage Jobs’ will let you edit your jobs to make any changes in the existing details. Be sure to save the changes before you close the job. Remember your Jobs Pipeline jobs and Featured Jobs are in separate tabs. You need to access them separately. If you have questions on managing your jobs, you may please contact our customer support for assistance.

What is Saved Jobs?
RecruitmentFactory™ lets you save a job with out activating it. This is very helpful incase you wanted to close RecruitmentFactory™ before completing your job posting. If you save it you can continue it from the point you left it, next time you login again.

Can I pause a job for sometime and re-start it again?
Yes, you may pause a job and re-activate it at any time. But the validity of the job will not be changed hence you will not be able to use it in under the same plan once the validity period is over.

Can I create multiple user accounts under my admin account?
Yes, you can create any number of user accounts under your administrator account. You may create separate accounts for your recruiters. This service is absolutely free. You will need to use unique usernames for all your users.

What are the privileges of an administrator account?
The administrator account has over all control of all the user accounts under the administrator account. You can add, delete or even change the user credentials at any time.

What are the privileges of an ordinary user?
An ordinary user will be able to post jobs or search resumes. But he will not be able to control other user accounts.

Can I delete a user account, once created?
Yes, administrator can add, delete or change any of the user credentials and privileges.

How do I track the activities of a particular user?
All the user activities are recorded for your reference. View your report for more details on the user activities.

How do I get response for my job?
After login in as employer, please go to the ‘Jobs’ tab in the navigation on the top of the page. There is a tab called ‘Job Response’ which list out all the jobs you have posted. Number of responses is showed with each job listing.

How do I get the details of a candidate?
Clicking on the job response will give you a list of candidates applied for your job. Click on each resume to get a detailed view of their resume.

How do I contact them?
To contact a candidate you can either send an email or you can send a message to the candidate. Both these options are available on the top each candidate profile. Use appropriate buttons.

I have not received a response from candidates after the first mail?
Please make sure, your inbox is not full. We would suggest you to call candidates for a quick response. Also make your emails clear and explanatory to avoid getting your mail tossed down for a spam.

How will the candidates be contacting me?
Since all the email goes with your mail address, all communication in return will be pointed to your email. But candidates can send you a reply for your message, which you will be able to view in recruitmentfactory.

Help On Resume Search

What is Resume database search?
Resume database search allows you to browse our resume collection and choose the candidates of your choice and download their resume for further usage. Or RDBS service will help employers to streamline their recruitment activities. They can perform a search from our candidate database and choose the best matches using our perfect search engines. We have a handful of custom made filters that will sort the best matches for their queries.

For example, if you are looking for a professional with management skills, you may use the keyword ‘Marketing Manager’ and hit the search button. RecruitmentFactory™ will give you a list of best matching resumes of professionals with Management skills in Marketing. You can further narrow down the search by giving an exact location of your preference hence all the results will be from that particular region.

How do I register for this service?
To be able to access this service, you have to be a member of RecruitmentFactory™. If you are an existing member of RecruitmentFactory™, go to our product page and choose RDBS (Resume Database Search) and click to continue. Once you complete the payment, you will be able to access the service. If you are not a member of recruitmentfactory, please register with us as an employer and proceed with RDBS Purchase. If you need more information on RDBS, please visit our website or call our customer support.

How much money I have to pay for accessing the service?
To access this service, you have to subscribe to our RDBS plan. The subscription initially will be for 12 months. The subscription cost $575 will be kept in your virtual account. For using this service, you have to pay a monthly rental of $175, which in turn will be deducted from your virtual account on a monthly basis. However, you cannot keep your virtual account balance less than USD 250. When your balance reaches $250, your PayPal account will be charged with $325 to bring your balance back to $575.

How much I have to pay for downloading the resumes?
Each resume in our database costs $0.44 cents. Clicking on results to view it will cost you $0.44. Only click on the resume that matches your requirements. You can go through the synopsis to check if the resume is matching with your requirements.

How does the RDBS work?
To assist you in finding candidate resumes, we have set up powerful search engines, capable of finding resumes based on the search criteria you have set up. We have a basic search that find candidates based on a particular keyword or combination of keywords. You could also search a candidate by his name. These results are based on a broad match. For more accurate results, please use our smart search.

What is smart search?
A smart search has more fields compared to basic search in filtering the results. You can set up conditions on the years of experience, location, skill level etc, to refine the search results for getting most suitable resumes.

What is a Map Search?
A map search gives you a visual representation of the search result in a map based on the locations. By Default it will displayed state wise. You can click on a state to dig down in to the list of candidates available in the state.

What is Campus search?
A campus search is used to find out student candidates whoa re looking for internships, part-time jobs and summer jobs.

What is a saved search?
A saved search is a search agent that saves the search criteria you used in your search. The search criteria can be saved so as to use it next time. You can simply run the search by clicking on it directly. To save a search you used to provide a name for the search agent.

Do you offer a demo or a trial run of the RDBS?
Yes, we provide a trial run of RDBS in RecruitmentFactory™. To try this Database, please use the tool provided in the Employers home page. These results are real and based on the freshness of resume. However, you will not be able to access these profiles in detail, unless you purchase with us. For a full functional demo of the service, please contact our customer support.

When were these resumes updated last time?
Going through each resume synopsis, you can see the last date of updating. Also these resumes are displayed based on freshness. We will not include candidates inactive for over 6 months in the RDBS results.

How accurate is the information you provide me?
In RecruitmentFactory™ all resumes are posted by respective profile owners only. Hence we are unable to testify the accuracy of information provided in the resumes. But our Pre-Processed resumes are verified and approved by our recruiters.

What is a Pre-processed resume?
A Pre-processed resume is always checked and verified by RecruitmentFactory™ administrator. So it’s more accurate than a normal resume.

What is a corporate resume?
A corporate resume is verified and approved by our recruiters hence it saves your time and effort in reviewing them. Based on the qualification and experience, we have categorized corporate resumes in to Executive, Mid-level and senior level resumes.

What is CompanyPlus™?
Company plus is our executive candidates with a specialization in a particular domain or an application. For example, If you are looking for a SAP professional or an Oracle database specialist, you will find the most appropriate match in CompanyPlus™, rather than browsing through the general resumes and sorting the best out of them.

What is resume click report?
Resume click report will give you the details of resumes you have downloaded in a particular month. You can create custom reports using the date controls on the top of the page. The Resume click report contains the name of the candidate and the user who viewed the resume, Date, and the cost details.

Can I have a custom report for 2 or three months together?
Yes, to create a custom report, please use the data control to set the dates.

I want to prepare a report one particular user. How do I do that?
To get the report of a particular user, please choose the user name from the drop down box in the top of the report page.

What is a transaction report?
Transaction detail report is the summary of your payments. The transaction report contains the minutest detail of your activities and the cost break up for all the services you have subscribed. It gives you the details of credited amount, your debit and current balance

What is the invoice?
The invoice is an statement of your RDBS subscription and usage for a particular month. The invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you on a monthly basis. You can view your invoices in the report section of your RecruitmentFactory™.

What is a job report?
A job report will give you details of your job plans and the jobs you have posted on recruitmentfactory.com. The job report includes the plan name, subscription date and the details of individual jobs posted in the system.

I need Immigration service for my candidates
Our Immigration systems will automatically port your application to our immigration processing service in a simple mouse click. This is ideal for recruitment organizations, employment consultancies and medium to large sized organizations with minimum employee strength not less than 100. Our applicant tracking system allows you to port any number of resumes from RecruitmentFactory™ to your personal applicant tracking system. This applicant tracking system saves a lot of hiring paperwork and data entry. Apart from this, you can add candidates to your applicant tracking system from outside RecruitmentFactory™. It has a unique feature called Resume Text Mining Engine (RTME), a special search engine used to search through the inner text of each stored resume to find the exact match. All resume ported from RecruitmentFactory™ will bear our signature, thus making it easy for you to distinguish the origin of resumes.

What is Resume Processing Outsourcing?

I want to delete the cookies manually. How do I do that?
