RecruitmentFactory™ Terms & Conditions 1. Database use is for business purpose and legal use of candidates. 2. Employers/recruiters will follow all Code of ethics of employment/HR. 3. Keep an agreed amount of $300 in the pool. The minimum base amount is $175 per company per month. RecruitmentFactory™ has the right to change these amounts based on its business model. 4. Employer pays $0.44 for every resume it clicks, maps the candidate, emails the candidate or tags the candidate. 5. All calls and dealing with the candidates is expected to be professional and within the laws relating to employment. All EEO rules must apply and it would be the responsibility of the employer to comply. Employer holds RecruitmentFactory™ harmless for any action it or its employees takes in this regard. 6. For every $0.44 cents, $0.10 is marked for the candidate/job seeker to get paid. 7. For tagged candidates the following rules apply: a. $7.00 per day applies for a minimum of 5 days. Even if the candidates un-tags the resume, the minimum 5 days charge applies. b. This can be extended for a maximum of 10 days. 8. All questions asked in the Question bank prior to employment would be legal, ethical and business related. 9. All payments would be credit card basis and auto payment. These need to be agreed to. The re-order/re-charge level would be $225, if the initial payment were $300. No interest is payable by RecruitmentFactory™ for monthly balances. 10. Every 1st of the month, the credit card will be charged for the reduced amount to reach the agreed $300 amount. 11. A two-month reminder is to be made for credit card expiry. Auto payment charged to the PayPal account. 12. For Jobs pipeline, an employer can post his/her new job requirements under this special category as an added job advertisement option. The following rules will apply for Jobs Pipeline: a. Jobs to be displayed in the RecruitmentFactory™ main homepage will be picked up in a random fashion. b. The jobs posted under Jobs Pipeline will be displayed in the RecruitmentFactory™ Candidate homepage also. c. A maximum of ten jobs can be posted under Jobs Pipeline. 13. Employer will hold RecruitmentFactory™ completely harmless of any possible or potential issue with the candidate. 14. If there are any disputes, the laws of Michigan, USA will apply. 15. The maximum liability of RecruitmentFactory™ on any dispute would be the refund of the amount charged subject to a maximum of $100.00. 16. The subscription is for a 12 month period and will be automatically renewed, unless cancelled.
