Employer deposit for resume access: $300
This includes unlimited access to our resume database along with our FREE applicant tracking software and an unlimited number of job postings. When you sign up with us, RecruitmentFactory™ would charge your credit card that you use at the time of registration, with a deposit of $300. The base monthly fixed fee for RecruitmentFactory™ is $184.5 ( $175 for Resume Database Search + $9.95 for Unlimited Jobs ) which will be deducted from your deposit every month on the anniversary of your start date. In addition, there would be a $0.44 cents per resume clicked, which would be taken from the deposited account. The reports section will show all your transaction details in real time. There is no limit for the number of jobs you can post and there is no additional cost involved.

Once your total deposit balance reaches a $225 level, we will automatically charge your PayPal account, with the $75 to bring your account to the $300 level at any time of the month. This auto debit will bring your deposit back to $300.

The company administrator can add or delete any internal user. There is no limit to the number of users within a company.
