RecruitmentFactory™ has designed the resume search system in a way that as an employer you search on candidates that present their resumes with highlighted key words and category. You pay for what you search for and open. Resumes are structured in levels for you to view under different categories. This makes your search not only easier, but effective. The search criteria is defined per your choice of basic, advanced, map, etc. in an innovative search engine that work on the background for you.

More importantly, you pay for what you search and open. The base fee covers all services like immigration link, applicant tracking system, creation of job questions with a question bank option. Here are some of the features and tools that make us different

• How does the search work?

  To find a candidate you have to provide a search string (called as a keyword). The search string can be name of a skill or anything that related to the job requirement. For example if you want to find a software programmer, the search string can be “ASP Programmer, PHP™ programmer, ASP Developer” or something similar to that. You need to hit the search button to initiate the search. RecruitmentFactory™ search engine will search through the entire list of candidates that matches the search term. From these results most relevant results will be listed out for you. For more advanced options, use our “smart search”. Remember, it’s the search string that determines the quality of the results. Use most suitable search strings for best results. A combination of two or more words always brings more results. We offer both basic and advance searches amongst others.
• I get a lot of results, how do I refine the search?

  You can narrow down the results using our custom filters. You can specify a location to find candidates in a particular region. Use “Smart Search “to set more advanced filters such as experience, freshness of resume, industry specification etc.
• Corporate and C-Level resumes Center

  Corporate resumes and c-level resumes are special listings for executive candidates and high profile candidates. These resumes are tested for quality and spare you a lot of pre-screening prior to the personal interviews.
• Map Search and Student Center

  The map search will display the search results in a map. You can choose a particular state to see the results coming under that state. This way you can find candidates from a location nearer to you easily. The student center will get you a list of our student candidate matching your search string.
• Company Plus™

  Find specialist candidates for your requirements. Company Plus™ will help you to find only candidates specialized in a particular stream. For example if you are looking for a SAP specialist, you should search for resumes with a SAP specialization.
• Applicant Tracking System Administrator

  The state of the art applicant tracking system is designed to make your resume processing a lot easier. It is linked with RecruitmentFactory™ hence you can directly transfer the candidates of your choice to your applicant tracking system. This will save a lot of time and effort. You could go directly to your applicant tracking system to process a candidate resume. The system copies the entire data related to a candidate, reducing the data entry task up 95 %. The powerful search engine will dig down to your entire database and choose the best candidate for your each requirement.
• Affordable solutions

  The Search service is very affordable. You can search any number of resumes but you will be charged for only the resumes you choose. A brief synopsis of resume will be provided for your review. You can choose to click open the resume, if you like it. This service is offered for a nominal USD 150 per month. (Each resume click will be additional to the monthly fee)
